Right of Withdrawal
In distance sales where the right of withdrawal applies, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide any reason and without paying any penalty.
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal even before the product is delivered to them. It is sufficient to submit the notice of withdrawal to HÛ Nefes in writing or via a durable medium within the statutory time limit.
Physical and Printed Products
At the HÛ Nefes store, paintings, mugs, books, and similar physical or printed products may be offered for sale. Some products may be prepared by contracted manufacturing and printing service providers after an order is placed and then shipped to the customer.
For physical products covered by the right of withdrawal, the consumer may exercise this right within the statutory timeframe. The return process and return address will be communicated to the customer after the request is received.
Custom-Made Products
For products prepared in accordance with a customer’s specific request or personal needs—and that include personalization such as a customer’s name, text, photograph, measurements, design, or similar elements—the exceptions to the right of withdrawal provided for in applicable legislation may apply.
However, if the product is defective, faulty, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, the consumer retains the rights granted by law.
Digital Products
Music and audio files, digital albums, e-books, PDF files, digital images, and similar electronic content can be made available for sale through HÛ Nefes.
For intangible goods delivered instantly via electronic means and services performed instantly via electronic means, the exceptions to the right of withdrawal provided for in the applicable legislation apply.
If a digital product is not delivered, cannot be accessed, the file is corrupted due to an issue on HÛ Nefes’s end, or content different from the purchased product is delivered, the customer may contact us.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If your order is incorrect, incomplete, defective, or damaged upon delivery, please contact us.
To ensure your request is processed quickly, we may ask you to provide a photo illustrating the issue or other necessary information, along with your order number.
As a result of the investigation, an appropriate resolution will be reached in accordance with current legislation and the consumer’s legal rights.
Returns
For products covered by the right of withdrawal, once the notice of withdrawal is received by HÛ Nefes, the customer is provided with the necessary information regarding the product return process.
Please contact us before shipping the product. The return address and the applicable shipping method will be provided to the customer.
Current consumer protection laws apply to return shipping costs and other return procedures.
Refunds
In cases where the right to reimbursement arises, payment is made in accordance with the timeframes and conditions set forth in the applicable legislation.
Refunds are processed in accordance with the law, using the same payment method the consumer used at the time of purchase, and without imposing any additional costs on the consumer.
After the refund process is completed, the time it takes for the amount to be credited to the customer’s account by the bank or payment provider may vary depending on that institution’s processing times.

If your order is not delivered, the wrong product is sent, the product is damaged during shipping, or you experience any other issue with your order, please contact us.
Production and delivery times for made-to-order products may vary depending on the nature of the product. Estimated production and delivery information is provided to the customer in the product or order details whenever possible.
